{"id":12824,"date":"2026-01-13T15:07:37","date_gmt":"2026-01-13T15:07:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/theproptrade.io\/edge-1-step-faqs\/what-will-be-my-payout-from-classic-2-step-account\/"},"modified":"2026-03-29T12:16:50","modified_gmt":"2026-03-29T12:16:50","slug":"payout-edge-1-step","status":"publish","type":"docs","link":"https:\/\/theproptrade.io\/?docs=edge-1-step-faqs\/payout-edge-1-step","title":{"rendered":"What are the payout rules in PayFlex (Edge 1-Step) account?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>You can request payout from PayFlex account <strong>on demand<\/strong> once all of the following conditions are met:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>TPT Score:<\/strong> Your <a href=\"https:\/\/theproptrade.io\/edge-1-step-faqs\/tpt-score-edge-1-step\/\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/theproptrade.io\/edge-1-step-faqs\/tpt-score-edge-1-step\/\">TPT Score<\/a> is 25% or below<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Standard profit split:<\/strong> 80% to the trader<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Minimum net profit to request a payout<\/strong>: $100<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>NOTE: All payouts are still subject to compliance with trading rules, risk limits, and KYC requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For Instant Funding accounts, rewards can be requested on demand as soon as you meet the payout eligibility criteria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All reward requests are processed within 3 business days from the time the request is submitted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-does-payout-affect-my-maximum-drawdown\">How does payout affect my maximum drawdown?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>When you request your <strong>first payout<\/strong>, the <strong>maximum drawdown level is set (or locked) at the initial balance of the account<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This means that after your first payout, your account can no longer fall below the original starting balance, regardless of how much profit you made before the payout.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Because the drawdown is fixed at the starting balance after the first payout, withdrawing all profit can leave your account at the drawdown limit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For this reason, when requesting a payout, it is recommended to <strong>leave a safety buffer<\/strong> in the account to reduce the risk of breaching the maximum drawdown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-much-should-i-leave-as-a-buffer\">How much should i leave as a buffer?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>There is <strong>no fixed or mandatory buffer amount.<\/strong> The appropriate buffer depends on your:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Trading style<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Risk tolerance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Typical drawdowns and position sizing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Each trader is responsible for managing their withdrawals in a way that keeps the account safely within drawdown limits.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>You can request payout from PayFlex account on demand once all of the following conditions are met: NOTE: All payouts are still subject to compliance with trading rules, risk limits, and KYC requirements.
